Parliamentary Dimension: General Committee on Economic Affairs in Bucharest debates economic consequences of war in Ukraine for CEI countries

The project, financed by the CEI Fund at the EBRD contributed by Italy, is a capacity-building action primarily aimed at supporting the Albanian Energy Regulatory Authority in the creation of a well-functioning wholesale electricity market in the country including the entry into full operation of ALPEX (the Albanian Power Exchange).
