The 3rd Committee of National Coordinators’ meeting, under the Belarusian CEI Presidency, took place at the CEI Headquarters in Trieste on 16 May.
Participants focused on recent and forthcoming events of both the CEI Presidency and of the Secretariat. In particular, the Presidency presented the latest organisational, protocol and logistics regarding the forthcoming meeting of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs in Minsk on 22 June.
They continued their discussions on the content of the CEI Plan of Action and on strengthening relations with Member States and International Institutions and concluded the Agenda with the analysis and approval of 5 Technical Cooperation projects supported through the CEI Fund at the EBRD.
The gathering also witnessed the signature of the Memorandum of Understanding between the CEI-Executive Secretariat and the Institute for Geostrategic Research and Foreign Policy (IGRFP) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Macedonia.
