In order to contribute to the evolving EU Strategy for the Danube Region, the CEI participated in the Public Consultation on the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, launched by the European Commission from 2 February to 12 April 2010.
This consultation aimed at gathering ideas from various stakeholders, active in the Danube Region, in order to make sure the EU Strategy had a realistic starting point, appropriate objectives and that it met the actual needs of the peoples of the Region.
